Step Up to Quality has been an ongoing relationship spanning a website redesign, social media strategy, print, and brand support across digital — serving two distinct audiences: providers and educators, and parents and families. Internal workflows were developed to keep high-volume cross-channel content consistent and on-brand. Accessibility was built in from the start through a disability-led consulting audit and usability testing with real users. The redesign earned a PRSA Award of Excellence with a top score, achieved a 3:34 average session duration post-launch, and a companion explainer video reached 1M views.
